Gift cards are ONLY redeemable against items and pre-orders available at the time of redemption purchased ONLINE from the Stonedead webstore and will NOT be valid for items purchased under any other circumstances including at Stonedead Festival itself.
The gift card has no cash alternative.
Gift cards are not valid against the purchase of tickets.
Coupons and special offer discounts are not valid against the purchase of gift cards.
Purchases may be made for less than the value of your gift card and the balance is retained on your card to be used against future purchases.
Purchases may be made for greater than the amount of your gift card and the balance can be made up using our accepted online payment method/s at the time of redemption.
Postage and packing will be charged at standard applicable rates per individual order and will also be deducted from the balance on your gift card.
The gift card is valid indefinitely but will have no redeemable cash value on any outstanding balance or part balance should Stonedeaf Productions Ltd cease to trade.
